What Is a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)?
An Erasmus+ BIP (Blended Intensive Program) is a short-term international mobility program that combines online learning with an intensive in-person stay (5 to 30 days) at a foreign university, using innovative methods such as transnational teamwork to solve challenges, facilitating the participation of students who are unable to undertake long-term mobility experiences, and promoting collaboration among European institutions.
Each Erasmus BIP is organized by a consortium of at least three universities from three different countries.
Both the in-person component and the online component must be awarded at least 3 ECTS credits.
