Unicollege TEL Dual Degree

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico has signed a dual-degree agreement with Unicollege University (Italy) at its campuses in Florence, Turin, and Mantua, enabling students in the Degree in Translation and Language Teaching and the Degree in Translation and Language Teaching + Specialist Course in International Relations to earn the following degrees:

• Degree in Translation and Language Teaching (UNEATLANTICO) + Laurea Triennale in Mediazione Linguistica (Unicollege)
• Degree in Translation and Language Teaching + Specialist Course in International Relations (UNEATLANTICO) + Laurea Triennale in Mediazione Linguistica Curriculum in Relazioni Internazionali e Diplomatiche (Unicollege)

This university degree is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Merit (MUR) by ministerial decree. This recognition ensures that all degrees awarded by Unicollege are fully legally valid within the Italian higher education system and are fully aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).

The program prepares students to work as translators and interpreters, with options to study two or three foreign languages and specializations in fashion, marketing, tourism, and international relations. Those interested in this dual-degree program must complete the four academic years of the degree in Spain and then spend a fifth year at any of the aforementioned Unicollege campuses in Italy as full-time students. There are no costs associated with participating in the program; the only fees are for the Final Degree Project and range from approximately €250 to €350, depending on annual updates.

Access Requirements

• Have expressed interest in participating in the program at the UNEATLANTICO Office of International Relations, registering no later than the start of the second semester of the fourth year.
• Having had completed the 240 ECTS credits for the Degree in Translation and Language Teaching at UNEATLANTICO.
• Completing the five Italian language courses (30 ECTS in total, 6 ECTS each) offered by Unicollege once you have been accepted into the program; these courses can be taken online from the time of registration in the program until one month before the graduation ceremony.
• Having demonstrated ethical and exemplary academic conduct in accordance with best academic practices during the Degree in Translation and Language Teaching at UNEATLANTICO.

Unicollege, founded in Mantua in 1975, is a university-level institution specializing in applied languages and global careers. It also received official recognition in 2003, which allows it to award degrees equivalent to Italian university degrees.

Subsequently, starting in 2016, it adopted a more international and interdisciplinary focus, expanding its offerings to include fields such as economics, communication, international relations, tourism, and fashion. It subsequently expanded its presence with campuses in Florence (2018) and Turin (2022).

Today, it is a well-established institution that combines language training with preparation for the global market, standing out for its practical and international approach.
