EXTRORDINARY CALL FOR THE NON-ALLOCATED ERASMUS PLACES

The European University of the Atlantic begins the second call for the Erasmus places, an extraordinary call, so that more students can enjoy the non-allocated places left from the ordinary call. The process and guidelines applicable to this call will be similar to those in the ordinary call (released at 12/13/2017) taking into account the aspects detailed below.

  • Students with a place obtained in the ordinary call cannot participate.
  • Obtaining a place in the extraordinary call will not imply receiving a financial aid.
  • Students have until March 1st to fill in the online form available at their panal and this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfp-YJJ9uDjsV1ydMCnDNdZ8O3oLgTZfMAjp4r1B2Uj57IoXQ/viewform?usp=sf_link, and to submit the documentation needed to the International Relations Office.
  • Once the submission deadline is met, the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates will be published in the university’s notice board, with a 10-days deadline to correct or make any amendments to the documentation and to submit it to the International Relations Office.
  • Once the places have been allocated again and it has been verified that all the amendments stated in the provisional list have been made, a second list with the final host universities allocation for the extraordinary call will be published. Selected students must communicate in writing if they ACCEPT or RESIGN the allocated place within a maximum of 7 days.
  • In case the acceptance is not made in writing in due time, it will be understood the student resigns the place and will lose the right to participate in the call.
  • The acceptance will be done at the International Relations Office.
