Project leader for RUNEAT-TCA as part of his doctoral thesis, which aims to link the risk of developing eating disorders to the dietary habits and body composition of students at the European University of the Atlantic.

Iñaki Elío Pascual

PhD in Health and Nutrition Projects, Dietitian-Nutritionist and MSc in Nutrition and Metabolism, with postgraduate training in institutional foodservice management. Academic Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at UNEATLANTICO and expert in clinical and hospital nutrition. His research focuses on human nutrition, food and health, metabolism, nutritional assessment, healthy lifestyles, educational innovation and agri-food research. Member of the Food, Nutritional Biochemistry and Health research group. He coordinated the European E+DIETing_LAB project and participates in initiatives such as MAHINE. In agri-food research, he co-directs the +VidAanchoa project and has participated in research on second-generation functional foods and in the technical study that contributed to the recognition of the Valderredible Potato Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). He supervises doctoral theses at UNINI and serves as Director and Editor-in-Chief of MLS Health & Nutrition Research.

Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic) and Master in Nutrition in Physical Activity and Sport from the Catholic University of Murcia. Nutritionist at the Marisma Wellness Center gym through the Colmun clinic. She has worked at Nut and Fit and Dorsia Clinics. She currently works at WM Clinics (Dorsia) and collaborates as a professor at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.

She has worked at the Center for Information and Comprehensive Care for victims of gender violence in Cantabria. She has provided training to professionals in psychology and related professions. She has also carried out the delivery of various prevention programs for children and adolescents. She is a member of the board of directors of the Official College of Psychology of Cantabria.
