In agri-food research, he co-directs the +VidAanchoa project and has participated in research on second-generation functional foods and in the technical study that contributed to the recognition of the Valderredible Potato Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). He supervises doctoral theses at UNINI and serves as Director and Editor-in-Chief of MLS Health & Nutrition Research.

She currently works at WM Clinics (Dorsia) and collaborates as a professor at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.

Possesses over 13 years of experience as a Senior Development Specialist at BSH Home Appliances, following her tenure at Nanoker and CINN working on European projects. Key achievements include automating testing software, establishing quality protocols, and managing international certification and compliance (REACH, RoHS, PFAS).
