A team leader and expert in energy efficiency, utilities, and sustainability, with a track record of implementing strategic energy and water plans aligned with government policies. Extensive experience in process design and optimization (fermentation, drying, energy integration, water reuse) and the development of new technologies applied to the food industry. Ongoing academic and R&D work in collaboration with European universities and technology centers, combining applied research, industrial innovation, and university teaching.
