Extensive professional experience in the agro-food industry sector and in particular being a reference in the analysis, training, advice, and quality control of anchovy processing industries, marketed nationally and internationally.

Industrial Engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the iron and steel industry. With work experience abroad and responsibilities in quality, production, commercial, people management and senior management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences. Teaching at the University of the Basque Country at 1989 and 2015. Author, editor and co-author of more than 10 books and dozens of articles in national and international journals. He has signed more than 100 opinion pieces and he is a common lecturer in Spain, Europe and America.
