Industrial Engineer and PhD in Automation and Robotics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, where he has made several teaching collaborations and developing his professional activity as a researcher at the Center for Automation and Robotics: CAR (CSIC - UPM) through various national and European projects in the scientific-technological areas of Control Engineering, Artificial Perception, Intelligent Robots and Applied Robotics, and Human-Machine Interfaces.

Ph.D. candidate in Sport and Performance. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences. Master’s degree in Sports Management, with a specialization in sports organization management, and Master’s degree in Teacher Education for Compulsory Secondary Education, High School, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching, with a specialization in Physical Education. Professor in the Bachelor’s Program in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and in the Master’s Program in Teacher Education. Director of the University’s Physical Activity and Sports Service. Sports Director of the Royal Cantabrian Football Federation (UEFA PRO License).

PhD in Economics. He has acted as a consultant to the World Bank and the European Commission. He is a member of the Editorial Board of *Papeles de Economía Española*, the Advisory Board of *Cuadernos de Economía* and the Scientific Council of *Investigaciones Regionales*. He has taken part in numerous courses, seminars and conferences, both at national and international universities. His areas of specialisation are international economics, regional economics and European economics.

Executive with extensive professional experience in management positions in companies of recognized international prestige in the railway and construction sectors. Expert initiator and coordinator of major engineering projects, with an extensive track record in the railway industry. Civil Engineer and MBA in Business Management. 

Graduated in Advertising and PR at Universidad SAN PABLO CEU and later in Postgraduate in Creativity and Strategic Planning at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. More than 10 years of experience in Creative Departments of agencies such as Ogilvy, DDB or McCANN working with clients such as BMW, ING, BBVA, Telepizza, Movistar, Repsol, Campofrío, Iberia, etc. Currently I have created a company dedicated to web services and SEO positioning.
