Her main line of research focuses on the development of new combination therapies for the treatment of neuromuscular diseases such as Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

Has worked in the recovery of viticulture in Cantabria, in the recovery of native vine varieties on the coast of Cantabria and in the innovation project in the transformation of a Kiwi plantation into a vineyard on a trellis.
