ANECA-accredited professor and tenured professor at the University of Oriente. He holds a postdoctoral degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia and a postdoctoral degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Almería. He holds a Ph.D. in Pedagogical Sciences, a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He has also been awarded the highest distinction, Distinguished Researcher, by the National Council for Science, Technology, and Innovation of Peru. He is the author of numerous scientific articles published in specialized journals and books, and has experience in both academia and the business sector. He has engaged in various international collaborations in the fields of scientific research, higher education, and psychology, in addition to actively participating in academic networks and serving as an expert reviewer for various scientific journals. He has also participated extensively in international scientific conferences. His career has been recognized with various national and international awards, as well as research grants.
Doctorate in Psychiatry and Medical Psychology (Federal University of São Paulo, 2018), Master in Clinical Psychology (University of Havana, Cuba, 2009), and Graduate in General Psychology (University of Oriente, Cuba, 2005). Professor and Researcher. Coordinator of the Master in Neuropsychology. Accredited Professor by ANECA. Researcher at the Brazilian Institute of Pharmacological Practice (BIPP). Has been responsible for several national and international projects. Has extensive experience as a professor, researcher, and clinical psychologist. Has taught subjects related to Basic Processes, History of Psychology, Psychometric Scale Evaluation, Cognitive Processes, Psychopathology, Psychopharmacology, Neurosciences, Social and Legal Psychology, among others. Has published several articles and book chapters, as well as has been tutor/director/guide of several Master's and Doctoral Theses, and is currently tutor/director/guide of several Doctoral Theses.
PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine, graduate in Psychology, holding Master’s degrees in General Health Psychology as well as Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and Cognitive Stimulation. Researcher at IDIVAL through a PFIS predoctoral contract from the Carlos III Health Institute, specializing in neuropsychology, psychosis, and cognitive biomarkers. Has participated in competitive national and European projects, authored multiple international scientific publications, and possesses university teaching experience.

Over 25 years of professional experience in the HVAC and industrial refrigeration sector, having held various roles such as After-Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Design and Development Engineer. Currently Regional Sales and Expansion Manager for a leading American multinational in the industrial refrigeration sector.
