His line of research is focused on the analysis of the demand for education and the employment of graduates.
Graduate in Hispanic Philology, UNED, Master in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UC-CIESE Comillas and PhD in Hispanic Philology, UAB. He has taught at university level in different centres. He is also a teacher trainer and postgraduate lecturer on the Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UC-CIESE Comillas and the Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, UNEATLANTICO. Social educator. Teacher in primary, secondary and music studies. Second prize in the XXIV Certamen de Jóvenes Investigadores 2011, area of Social and Legal Sciences for the work "A strategy of analysis and modification of the degree of machismo in the youth world".
PhD in Cultural Studies (Goldsmiths, University of London), MA in Cultural Studies (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá), MA in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language (Universidad de Jaén), and BA in Modern Languages (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá). Translator and researcher focused on decolonial poetics, cultural and language studies.
