Degree in Art from the University of the Basque Country, Master in Research in Artistic and Visual Practices from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and Master in Graphic Design and Illustration by the FNMT-Real Casa de la Moneda in agreement with the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She currently teaches at the María Auxiliadora School in Santander.

Her research focuses on the integration of Information and Communication Technologies to the acquisition of English as a foreign language and to the Special Didactics of English as a foreign language.

She has held several positions in the Regional Administration as Director of Economy and European Affairs and Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment. Teaching experience for 8 years at the University of Cantabria. She currently works as a financial manager in a large company in Cantabria.
