Law Degree from the University of Oviedo. For 16 years Mediator of the Organization of Extrajudicial Resolution of Labor Disputes in Cantabria, belonging to the Corps of Extrajudicial Mediators of the Government of Cantabria.  Labor, civil and commercial mediator of the Mediation Center of the Bar Association of Cantabria. Bankruptcy Administrator of the Bar Associations of Cantabria, Gijón, Oviedo, Bilbao, Vitoria, León, Burgos, Valladolid and Palencia. Lawyer since 1988, practicing law in the areas of labor, commercial, civil, family and criminal law. Professor of Criminal and Labor Law in the Master of Access to the Practice of Law at the School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association of Cantabria since 2004.

Master in Primary Education with specialization in Therapeutic Pedagogy at Pädagogische Hochschule der Steiermark, Graz. MA in Interdisciplinary Gender Studies at Karl-Franzens-Universität, Graz. Specialized training in adult literacy in immigration contexts and teaching German as a second language. Teacher in primary education in Austria and in German literacy. 9 years of experience as a German teacher in different educational contexts in Austria and Spain. Second languages in immigration contexts, attention to diversity, intersectionality and linguistic and educational policies.

He holds a law degree from the University of Almería and has been a practicing attorney with the Cantabria Bar Association since 2002. Since February 2025, he has served as Dean of the Bar Association and as a member of the General Council of the Spanish Bar Association, participating in the advisory, judicial administration relations, and technological innovation committees. He is currently Vice President of the Professional Union of Cantabria, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Caja Cantabria Foundation, President of the Board of Trustees of the School of Legal Practice, and a member of the Cantabrian Consumer Council.

BA in English Philology (Deusto), MA and PhD in Hispanic Linguistics from The Ohio State University (2017) with a thesis on copula processing in Spanish. He has taught both at university level and in secondary education, both in Spain and in the USA. Researcher in theoretical syntax and semantics, as well as the interface between structure, meaning and language processing.

Degree in Translation and Interpreting (Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Seville) and Degree in Business Administration (Universidad de Cádiz). Degree in Economics and Business Administration (University of Cadiz). Master in Translation, Cultural Mediation and Interpreting (University of Malaga), Master in Teacher Training (U. Pablo de Olavide) and PhD in Translation and Interpreting (U. Pablo de Olavide). Her research focuses on new technologies applied to translation and interpreting, specialty languages and web localization.
