He is also a teacher trainer and postgraduate lecturer on the Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, UC-CIESE Comillas and the Master's Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, UNEATLANTICO. He is a member of several research groups.

Social educator. Teacher in primary, secondary and music studies. Second prize in the XXIV Certamen de Jóvenes Investigadores 2011, area of Social and Legal Sciences for the work "A strategy of analysis and modification of the degree of machismo in the youth world".

PhD in Cultural Studies (Goldsmiths, University of London), MA in Cultural Studies (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá), MA in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language (Universidad de Jaén), and BA in Modern Languages (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá). Translator and researcher focused on decolonial poetics, cultural and language studies.

Director and lecturer in the Languages and Education Department at UNEATLANTICO. Degree in Translation and Interpreting, UAB. Master's Degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language Teacher Training, UB. Master's Degree in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language, UJA. PhD in Educational Sciences, Language Teaching programme, UB, with the doctoral thesis "Self-regulatory processes in the development of a training portfolio. Case study in an online teacher training programme for teachers of Spanish as a foreign language". More than twenty years of experience in the training, coordination and techno-pedagogical design of postgraduate teacher training programmes for teachers of English and Spanish as a foreign language, and in the field of education.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico. Master in Business Intelligence and MBA from Barcelona Business School. With experience in different departments of a startup expert in Artificial Intelligence (PLN - Language Processing) and in an automotive group. Advanced level of English and French.
